Prefer to work in a more relaxed setting? No problem. There are charging stations at each end table in the living room and master bedroom, and a charging table in the game room as well. And no frustrating Internet connections here! We provide the highest Internet speed at 1.2 Gbps, supporting unlimited devices.

Our home has been meticulously furnished and designed to help you relax, rejuvenate and recharge. Catch up on a restful night's sleep on plush mattresses and soft sheets. Our master bedroom has a king bed fit for royalty. Curate the perfect ambiance with dual AC panels, remote-controlled fireplace and ceiling fans. Kick up your feet and watch TV on plush reclining sofa seats with charging stations at each end table. Soak in a luxurious hot tub. Enjoy a satisfying work out. Play some pool or air hockey. Our full-stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a comprehensive meal including, pots and pans, quality knives, crockpots, fondue sets, cooking utensils, silverware, cups and plates and soup bowls. For your baking needs, we have measuring cups, mixing bowls, blenders, baking trays and ramekins. The open-concept kitchen and dining allows 12 people to eat at one time. Plus, there’s plenty of food storage with a huge pantry, an extra fridge and dual-temperature controlled freezer in the garage so you don’t have to make frequent trips to the market.

Even with a busy schedule, it’s easy to squeeze in a workout on our state-of-the-art Bowflex bike and full set of weights with workout bench. You are also walking distance to Chantilly Park, which houses basketball hoops, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts.

Bordered on the west by the Rio Grande and set against the backdrop of the Sandia Mountains to the east, our home is located in the prized Knolls of Paradise neighborhood on a tranquil cul-de-sac. 2-car garage with 2-car driveway will also safely house up to 4 vehicles (w/plenty of parking on the street). Two outside Ring cameras (one doorbell, one in front of garage) are available for your protection. No cameras inside the home or in the backyard, out of respect for your privacy. Our home is conveniently located next to Paseo Del Norte, a main artery providing easy access the city. Desert Greens golf course, world-class museums, Cottonwood Mall, University of Phoenix, Sandia Casino, Balloon Fiesta Park, famous walking trails, and all of your daily conveniences are also within close proximity.
